Dr. Villasana is a clinical assistant professor of the chest section at NYU Langone Medical Center. Recently joined from Montefiore Medical Center where she completed a Cardiothoracic Imaging fellowship on July of 2021. She performed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Jacobi Medical Center, and received her MD, cum laude, from the University of Carabobo, Aragua, Venezuela.

She received the Albert Einstein “Leo M. Davidoff Society” Teaching Award during residency and fellowship. She is currently involved in teaching radiology residents and medical students at NYU Langone, and is the Undergraduate Medical Education representative in chest radiology section.
