Dr. Katerina (Katia) Dodelzon is an Associate Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical College in the division of Women’s Imaging. In addition, she serves as the Associate Vice Chair of Clinical Operations and Associated Director of Breast Imaging Fellowship at Weill Cornell. Katia’s research interests include optimization of breast cancer screening across population and gender/racial inequality within radiology. In addition, Katia’s areas of professional interest include curricula development and teaching techniques to better equip residents, fellows and medical students for the evolving nature of the field of Radiology; as such, she is leading a department-wide initiative on patient-centered communication.
