Luke Ginocchio, MD
NYU Langone Health
Luke Ginocchio is currently a first-year radiology clinical assistant professor at NYU Langone Health. He grew up in Clark, NJ and developed an interest in physics early on, honing his knowledge further by becoming a physics major at Johns Hopkins University, but after several extracurricular experiences, also developed an interest in medicine. During medical school, Radiology proved to be exciting, since it combined some elements of physics with cutting edge medical technology, and fostered a fondness for clinical research.
He has been a contributing author on 16 publications and a textbook chapter so far, and hopes to contribute a breadth of research to the scientific community in the future. In addition, he continues to enjoy his time in New York City, attending 350+ musical performances throughout the city, developing a photography hobby, and running in four NYC Marathons to date.
While he is a NYRS Member, this is his first time presenting at the conference, and he would like to thank NYRS for the privilege. He looks forward to meeting everyone attending the NYRS CERC and interacting with residents who have similar career interests.
